Linda Schasch (pronounced "Sash") and her husband, David, have three adult children and homeschooled from 1989 until graduating their youngest in 2007. Prior to having her children, Linda spent seven years in public and private special education schools in various teaching capacities.
 
Linda began the Providence Christian Home Educators support group in 1993 and continued to act as leader of that group until 1998. PCHE became Shepherd Christian Home Educators support group, an affiliate of Shepherd Christian School, in 2001, when Linda again resumed support group leadership.
 
Linda believes she has been uniquely prepared and called by God to minister to the homeschooling community. By beginning Shepherd Christian School in 1995 and Shepherd Christian High School in 2002, the Schaschs have endeavored to provide an avenue by which parents can exercise their God-given privilege to home educate their children in a professional and God-honoring manner.

In addition to administrating Shepherd Christian School, Linda teaches dance classes and enjoys gardening, painting, and especially being a grandma. David is a CNC Machinist and loves classical music, astronomy, Egyptology, and hiking in the mountains.
